I have received a note from Peter through the forum info request. This should be of interest to MG Maestro 1600 owners.

"Hi.

I thought I would drop you line in case there is any interest in the following parts before I dismantle them and sell off the Weber's on their own.

I have 3 sets of Weber 40DCNF carburetors mounted on manifolds with ram pipes that were removed of the 1600 engines on the production line when they were converted to injection so in effect they are new.

Before I sell off the individual carbs I'd see if your club had any interest. If so offers are invited

if they were converted to injection, I'd guess at s series, carbs most likely very similar though, but manifolds will be different . If I wasn't short of cash I'd be on the phone now
