2" lowering kit Maestro Montego

Nice one John.
I intend putting my lowered suspension back on 396 in due course. The only fly in the ointment will be that the shocks are still standard and the springs drop out of their cups when the car is elevated. Cable-tying them to the cups seems such a low-rent 'chaved' solution, though I know it's a fairly widespread practise.
I suspect I'd face divorce-proceedings though if I spent what you will be expecting those to fetch, when I all I would really want from the kit are shorter shocks.Regards
