It looked interesting so I looked them up on trustpilot... and not so good.

                  https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.zapals.com

I put the title of the lot into ebay and up came this -

                  https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200pcs-General-Motors-Plastic-Rivet-Universal-Automobile-Expansion-Screw/264156781031?hash=item3d80f899e7:g:K2QAAOSw0TBcRwi q:rk:1f:0

There are several sellers with reasonable feedback with 200 piece lots on ebay like the one pictured, for under £3 inc the postage if you vary the search.

No idea, just thought I would post up some cheap clips. It's not a tremendous amount of money though is it. As said, if paid via paypal you have nothing to lose as said on thread number 3

I'll do the same. I did email their customer services but had no response.
On a similar note I ordered some generic steering rack gaitors. Items arrived but were the wrong size. I contected the seller they said send them back and they would refund the postage. I sent them back and they refunded me the price of the items and then cancelled the order. Problem was once an order has been cancelled a case on eBay can't be raised and feedback can't be left! The gits knew exactly what they were doing. Thankfully eventually one can find a telephone for eBay and the whole £3.85should be winging its way back. It's the principal.
Just had to get that of my hest and a warning when someone offers to pay postage, get it first!

I'm guessing you were sent manual steering rack gaitors? Common mistake that

I don't think it was an accident. I ordered the part number which was ---200. In the picture it showed 14 ribs. The ones they sent only had 12 which after a search on eBay it can be seen that that is infact the ---100 variety. They cancelled the order which I assume was because they don't have the correct ones in stock. I have since bought the correct part (the ---200) from EuroCar parts and they came in the original manufacturers box, which the other ones didn't. EuroCar parts were also cheaper!
