CarFest - thank you

Good Morning All

I'd like to say a BIG thank you to all those owners who brought their vehicles to CarFest for the Maestro & Montego Owners Club stand.

In the order in which they appeared -
Robert and one of his several Tandys,
Mike who brought Tristan's newly restored digidash MG Maestro EFi,
Richard in one of his several racing MG Maestros,
Ray (who kindly agreed to be the club's representative on Saturday) and his Montego,
Bill and his Montego estate,
John and his Maestro van,
Luke and his MG Montego Turbo,
Ricky (who kindly agreed to be the club's representative on Sunday) and his black MG Maestro Turbo,
Keith and his red MG Maestro Turbo,
Norman and his green MG Maestro Turbo, and finally
Peter and his white MG Maestro Tubo (yes we had the full set on Sunday!)

I'd also like to thank all the families who attended and/or supported the owners in being able to be there for this event.

There weren't as many car clubs there as we had expected, but I think we put on a damned good show, and I for one had some interesting conversations with the visiting public on the Friday when I was there

was a good day out (bit of a long day, but I've had longer!) some interesting people came to have a look at cars too...former Webasto sunroof employee and current Jaguar employees were good crack...among many others..
