If you search Maestro you will find 472 items over 14 pages. Some of the parts are super rare and in demand! It might be worth going though the whole list. I didn't try Montego, but I would expect simular results!

Roof seam rubbers, removable?
I am planning on respraying my Maestro roof (centre panel) and was wondering if the rubbers covering the roof seams are removeable without damage and easy to replace. If not I will mask up, but obviously better to remove them if possible.

rear hatch wiper blade size
Need to replace the rear wiper on my Maestro. The one on there is about 400mm long, but all the replacement option suggest 500mm the same as one of the front ones. Does anyone know the correct size to get.

A fuel filler neck for a Maestro urgently required. It's a EFI, if that makes a difference. I am booked in for an MOT next week and have a big hole in the top of my fuel filler neck. If anyone has a spare, please let me know asap. Thanks Jez

fuel pipe size?
After various patch repairs over the years, the time has come to fully replace the ridged fuel pipe that runs from the tank to the engine bay. Looking at classic cars suppliers, the three common sizes seem to be 3/8, 5/16, 1/4 inch. Does anyone know what is the correct size for the Maestro? (mine is...

oil separator - do i need one?
I am lucky enough to be getting a brand new complete full O Series engine fitted to my MG maestro next week. Some of you might have seen it on e bay. It is looking pretty much a straight swap for my old one except the sump pan has additional holes for an oil separator. My 1989 MG Maestro does not have...Last edited by Jez; 21st July 2016, 15:08.

tapered spark plugs
I will be having some work done on the engine of my MG Maestro 2.0i in a couple of weeks. The engine shop spotted that the current spark plugs are not the tapered type and they should be on the 1990 O series engine. I ordered a set on ebay that showed a tapered thread on the photos, however they too...

UNF or Metric nut?
I need to get a new nut to fit an anti roll bar link. Only problem is I don't know what nut to get. I don't even know if a 1989 Maestro would use metric or UNF thread? The thread itself is 13mm in diameter, not sure of nut size. I am assuming it will need to be a lock nut?
Any help gratefully...

Can anyone either sell me or even just tell me the part number for the little metal bracket that is held on by the bleed nipple and holds the two pin connector for the front brake pad sensor. It is the last part I need to start my front end rebuild!
