The guy who last replaced the headlining must have "given up" on the job - to be polite about it!

I have a black cable, attachment/plug not surrounded by plastic. I have two cables whose 'plug' has a plastic surround, one cable red, the other red with another colour, line.

I'm assuming the earth attaches to the clip which extends from the bulb holder. Is the bi-colour cable the earth? The plastic ring in the seat back at the bottom of the head restraint "pole" - when I depressed that section of the ring, one of the 'restraints wouldn't go fully down.. I'll play about with it more but your advice will, as always, be hugely appreciated.

When I collected the car from POL most of it was in place, if a bit grubby looking. However, it was hanging around the sunroof. The previous owner tells me the sunroof motor does work. The sunroof not operating is more an issue of the switch not connecting. Likewise, the courtesy lights don't work either. All due to the bad job made "repairing" the headlining.

Who can you recommend to replace, sort the headlining properly? The closer to the North West of England the better.

However, I can't see what to loosen? Haynes manual in its door removal instruction says "drift" out the hinge retaining pins. I replaced, reconnected the pump but still no screen wash reaching the screen. I do hear a whirring, the pump trying to work. Is the pump itself full of gunk I wonder. Looks like a replacement required anyway.

Just tried the rear wash wipe and all ok, even if the nozzle needs adjusting!

Are the pumps interchangeable? I could do a swap and source a pump for the rear more at my leisure if they are.

Interestingly, someone has placed a switch in the blanking plug, right of steering wheel, beneath the air vent.
