When I close my tailgate or lift it into the full vertical something rattles around. I removed the plastic trim on the tailgate earlier, expecting to find a loose bolt or similar rattling 'round. But nothing.
I re-attached the trim, getting a better fit on the clips at screen base. And, none of the 'retaining buttons' broke when I first removed them and then re-inserted

The rattle, clunk is still there......sounds like it comes from around the lock itself, something within the metal cavity.

The "ventilation pipe" attaches to a plastic moulding which in turn attaches to the rear of the driver's side vent. Only in my case, the moulding does not attach tightly to the vent, more just and so reaches it. One of the screws holding the dashboard itself seems to be getting in the way. Should I get an allen key and remove the screw, see if the dash vent then attaches tightly?

And for some light relief, a bit of cosmetic.....The black trim around the rear window had bits chipped out of the outer edge.
