[Wanted] Can I find my dad's montego vanden plas EFI?

It's a long shot I know, but it's worth a a try. I'm trying to track down a car my father owned back in the early 90's. It's an Austin Montego vanden plas EFI saloon in red with a cream leather interior. I can't remember the numbers but the reg was C***YPR. I'm from South Wales (where my dad owned it), it got written off by the insurance company after a bump, but was bought and restored by someone in Birmingham I believe (might be wrong with Birmingham mind you). Would be amazing if I could track it down.
