  • [For Sale] the mad maestro

this is a one off car.. it is an mg 2.0efi with a full t16 management (wasted spark) and turbo (t3 cossie) last run on the rollers was going flat at 4k revs but acheived 190bhp and 220lbft, with the 330 injectors fitted, it now has the 440 injectors fitted so runs better, i have a new turbo to be fitted, i have still new in the box the emerald management, which will clearly unlock much more potential in it.. there is much sorting out of the heat issues that these engines have with high performance versions.. there is way to much to list so check out the specs and pics on photobucket..
i am just gauging interest to see if this is of interest to peeps, and its potential worth, i can sell with the turbo fitted and with or without mot which will be no problem, there are many new parts on the car and it has always been maintained regardless of cost, the shell and engine are at a similar mileage of about 50k.. some pics can be found

there are a lot of options here to negotiate with me, depending what you want with the car... regards ricky

just to give peeps some idea of its potential at its best, with an efi ecu and a mapfueler 2 driving 2 cossie grey injectors for the boost, it was quicker to 110mph than an e36 m3 3.2evo.. at approx 4k it ran out of fuel under hard acceleration, which is when the m3 went past me.. at this point it was also shattering the clutch centre plate, which was supposedly rated at 259lbft, according to "experts" it was probably in the region of 290lbft to have that effect on the centre plate.. it now has a twin plate 450lbft "super clutch" fitted.. this is better than a paddle clutch and more driveable.. there are so many mods here it should be viewed. to give some idea how sorted this really is..

it is not currently moted but with the new turbo fitted mot is not any problem what so ever.. price is negotiatable depending how you want it, with turbo and mot or without, with or without spares, emerald will come with it anyway.. as will the parts to convert the system.. the car runs and drives as it should, but smokes on idle and under hard load.. to much to list but anyone is welcome to bring cash and have a deal... i am not giving it away so expect to pay fair money.. this is not a car that can be priced up without standing in front of it.. regards ricky
