Comes with the brackets/standoffs.
I've got 2 clubmans with metal bumpers so don't need this and would rather it be used than binned.
For some reason though the grill has been cut through (very neatly... but not sure why!) I don't think it's meant to be like this. Unfortunately I haven't got the missing piece.
