Headlining you can DIY. Have a read of this https://maestro.org.uk/forums/forum/...g-on-a-montego

There are more than 10 on the road as Austin/rover did silly things like putting them under MG or Austin or Rover and more. The how many left website data isn't correct on many levels but it gives you some idea. If you type in MG Montego a few different lists will pop up on the drop down. https://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/

This may or may not help you with a windscreen https://maestro.org.uk/forums/forum/...s-and-montegos
What year is your car and put a few pictures up?

Fuel filler pipe is a very rare part these days. You can get them fabricated and weld the top part on as that's hard to make, other than that it should be quite easy. An exhaust fabricator should be also be able to do that.
Windscreen, can you go through insurance as you have to wait a couple of months to the one made and it's not cheap? Or make an offer on this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/134877995...Bk9SR4qm8b-lYw
Roof lining, has the car got an existing in?
