When I went there last week the car was sitting in a pond!!

Saw a Maestro van in Harry Bucklands (Cheltenham) last Thursday.

Received this from a Triumph Sports Six Club member:

I don’t know if you have any members of your club in our part of the world who are looking for a car, but opposite where I work on Canning Street in Birkenhead there is an outfit called 12 Quays Tyres, and in his yard he has a very straight blue Maestro which looks like a genuine “one little old lady owner” car. The only fault I can see on it walking past is a small patch of corrosion under the rear screen, but arches and sills look crust-free and the paint is good. It has been there for a few weeks now and I don’t know if he is open to offers, but always worth a try. It certainly looks too good to break, but has probably been bought in as scrappage.

One is, but one has come away from its bracket.

There's a silver F reg CityX in at Albert Looms in Derby. Hadn't been drained by today but the let me get non-fluid bits off it. Body is pretty shot, but looked like it had a slight bump on the front nearside so the engine/ gearbox may be OK.
