Don't you just hate the fact that the last V5 issued was nearly 30 yrs ago and its had 2 more owners that we know of since then?
in my mind and in my opinion, it makes a mockery of classic car ownership for genuine classic car owners.

I spoke to him and he said he would take £5000 cash
its probably not a bad price if you could restore it yourself
Seems as though he's taking a loss there, it sold for £6200 at the auction, maybe the broken cam belt has taken the shine off it?

I heard a rumor it was a reshell. Could be wrong so don't hold me to this.

Sunroof is after market, also the car looks much better than is really is. It's wet and hides the major work that will be required. There are more pictures of the car when it was sold earlier in the year via Charterhouse on the facebook MM page. https://charterhouse-cars.com/wp-con...11-160x160.jpg https://charterhouse-cars.com/wp-con...-8-160x160.jpg https://charterhouse-cars.com/wp-con...22-160x160.jpg

If any one is looking to buy this, please go see it first

MG Maestro Turbo #51 on eBay

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/234370003...4AAOSwAg1h2w36

F918UAC with just 31,000 miles on the clock but a broken cambelt, some of the usual rust and decayed front seat fabric visible in the photos.

Bidding up to £6200 at the time I posted this.

Tax ran out 30/4/95, last V5C issued 29/9/93, two previous owners.
