True ,advance for the day , but still robust to take some abuse. Unlike a lot of modern cars /vans.

It's not going to be pretty as it's made up of secondhand parts from my spares , has cost nothing to do and it should have taught Chris quite a lot and that was the only reason it got bought, exhaust was also something I bought many years ago job lot so no dents, well atm there isn't . Also tried starting his new efi, have a feeling the fuel return is blocked as it's over fueling andcausing vapour lock. Will see what an air line does down it once I've put the return into a petrol can when we restart it. The turbo has to be done first though as it'll be finished this year as Chris wants to drive it for the first time since we bought it many years ago

Ta, all seats are now in, front nearside door started .rear brake cylinder wasn't leaking as we saw plenty of fluid on the outside of the drum so a result there. All new alloys on, front bumper half reset as I'm not happy with the gaps, headlining near finished as just needs trimming round the sunroof opening, exhaust reset next as I'm not happy with that, all bulbs checked and just now needs front sidelight bulbs , and a big clean up soon as it's filthy inside and out. Starts on the button but has stale petrol smell so that should go soon once filled up with fresh

There maybe another delay completing the car as .......this just got bought. Got quite cheap as I know the seller too but know doubt it'll need work. My son put another spanner in the works, My fault that he loves MG Montegos and he will be the death of me but what can you do
