I've managed to find another regulator in my spares if you need it. It's for the square fuel rail.
Also did a bit of research for you. Fuel regulator is the same as a Jag as I had replaced one many years ago and written it in my manual Replaced 73279A with 73239A and it worked fine after https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=d6e30...2IxZWI4ZTYxMDI

Cheers, but hopefully I should have enough bits now, I might make a test rig up so I can check the regulators I've already got & see if I'm being over paranoid about the diaphragms!

Got a bit more done, PAS pump and pipes fitted. The pipe fittings on the rack are sealed with o rings, the old ones were mangled, so I had to work out what size they used to be... Ended up with 6 and 8mm id viton rings with a 1.8mm section. Hopefully they will be right and won't leak, they are a bit of a pain to fit & a crow foot spanner needed to set them to the right torque (11 lbf-ft, not very tight, unlike some of the ones I've dismantled over the years!). I used the AR belt tension gauge on the alternator and pump belts, these are a bit tighter than the belts on the diesel, using the tool was a good plan I think. Luckily I found a new bottom hose in my parts stash, the Unipart book and the epc aren't super informative, but the one I found is for the right type of water pump and seems to go to all the right places at the other ends (and yes, I did find the box of hoses when I was looking for something else)
