    Shame of it was, it was all in, mounted up. I can't remember about wiring etc. But physically was all there. Just a time issue I guess.

    There have been two Montego estates in the MGOC championship in the past.

    I believe someone was prepping a Montego saloon but IIRC the wiring loom caught fire and scuppered the project.

    Hi John - Yes, there was a Montego that rallied in the West Midland MC Championship. I think he was a Rover employee - his first name was Gary and he ran a Rover 216 afterwards. I remember him rallying in the West Mids cahmpionship. I'll have to try and thin of his name or go through some old regs. It was a Montego Saloon.
