Yes - easiest is to swap the whole diff as the 25 one might not be machined for the metal toothwheel used in the maestro.
25 box is also stronger than the maestro one. You'll probably need to carefully fit maestro diff seals to it too (as the 25 box will come with the metal diff seals).
The maestro box is lower torque spec. you'll need to open up the box to swap the differential over. It is do-able and will work but to be honest it is going to be easier to source the right box (from a 200/400/25/45/zr/zs diesel) and use that directly.
