    Part 3 re-cover
    Gloves on
Roll out the material from rear to front
If you have ordered 2 metres that will be enough, if you have ordered more cut an overhang of approx 2 inches from the front
Put the packaging in the top of the front and fold over the rear to expose the biscuit
Shack a can and spray the glue approx 12 inches above and spray side to side moving from the rear to the front overlapping the pattern but try not to put any glue on to the sides. Then spray the material front to back again overlapping the pattern and trying not to cover the sides. Use plenty of spray on both but don't overdo it
Roll out the material gently and using the palm of your hand rub over the material.
When you get to the indentations press down using the edge of your hand over the pattern and move over it pressing firmly, not too hard or you will ruin the material (hope you understood that)

Using the palm of your hand rub over the material at the rear
Remove the packaging and cover the rear you have stuck on
Fold over the front and stretch it a little to get the next spray into all
Spray the front part, again side to side overlapping the spray pattern
Spray the material, again as before (you should now be on your second can of glue)
Roll from back to front and again using your hand press gently over the materail
Use the edge of your hand to push into both sides of the sunroof recess part
Once done, using the packaging lay over one side and fold back the material

Spray glue front to back on the biscuit and left to right on the material
Roll the material over the sides and using the edge of your hand over the corners, move your hand front to back slowly and firmly.
        Press the corner together
        Repeat for the other side
When done cut a cross in the sunroof handle opening of about 2 inches and again using the edge of your hand press round the outside of it
Turn over the biscuit and trim the sides to leave about a 2 inch overhang

Spray glue over the sides of the biscuit and overhanging material, fold over tightly but not too tight and press down, move from one side to the other
          Do all sides
Press the corner parts together and trim off
Turn over and it should look something like this
Press frimly again in the biscuit patten all over if you need to

            Part 4
            Trimming and finishing off
Using your blade/knife cut a slot like this in the internal lamp hole
Cut a pattern similar to the sunroof handle hole
Cut the centre part of the sunroof opening BUT LEAVE APPROX 1 1/2 INCHES MINIMUM OVERHANG
I CAN NOT STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ENOUGH, you will need this excess material so keep it
Turn the biscuit over, spray glue over the interior lamp opening and fold over the material
Do the same with the sunroof handle opening

Using the sunroof opening you cut out, spray glue over the rear and attach the material near the centre but approx 4 to 6 inches from the sunroof opening. This material stops the biscuit bashing in to the sunroof tray
The sunroof opening should look like this with approx 1 1/2 inches of material overhanging.
Using your blade/knife locate the 2 centre holes and make a cross cut
The next part you can do either with the material facing up or down.
Locate the grab handle slots and slice one slot in each hole but try not to cut to the sides
              Repeat for the sunvisor holes.
DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE DRIVERS SLOTS FOR THE LOCATING STUD

Side slots not too large please
Locate the holes at the front and pierce the material
                Slot for sunvisor
You may have noticed that some of the material hasn't stuck round the sunroof handle properly, if you go round it again it will 'go in'.
Once this has been done leave the whole thing to dry, a lot of any lumps and bumps will dissapear when it is completely dry
I hope I have not made this too complicated and all are following it, any questions or comments?
If your gloves get dirty or get glue on them then change them at any time you need to.
The next part is putting it back in the car

Part 5 putting back into the car
                  Gloves on
With a marker pen put a line from the drivers stud hole straight down to the door surround
Put the car in reverse gear and manouver the biscuit back in to the car via the passenger front door.
Monouver the biscuit up over the rear seats to clear the steering wheel
Manouver the biscuit up to the roof and rest it on the top of both A post and B posts
Pull through all wires for the internal lamps
Locate the 2 rear sunroof tray clip holes and push both clips back in, this will hold the biscuit up now
From the front passenger side, locate the sunvisor holding clip hole, push in so its back in its hole, put the screw back in and fold the cover back on
Locate the centre sunvisor clip and push up
Locate the sunvisor holes and screw in
Locate the front grab handle, face up, screw in and fold the covers back on
Re-connect the internal lamp and slide into its recess, check that its working
Locate both rear grab handles as per the front
Locate the rear long trim and offer up to the long overhang bracket. This trim goes over the bracket and holds the rear of the biscuit
Re-connect the drivers internal lamp, check that its working

                    The drivers locating stud
Pull back the biscuit a little from the side.
Looking up from the mark you made you should see the square hole the drivers clip goes in.
Punch a small hole in the headlining level with this square hole and straight up from your mark.
Push the locating clip through the hole in the headlining, locate the square hole and push in.

Locate the drivers sunvisor clips etc as per the passenger side
Locate the sunroof switch, re-connect, push the wires into the opening and re-connect the surround etc.

Last part is the sunroof surround
From any corner pull and fold over the excess material over the sunroof opening and push on the surround working round it. I do about an inch a time.
Corners need to be cut not too close to the surround

From the top of the sunroof opening you should have excess material
Trim using a knife/blade all so it's tidy without cutting into your paint

Your headlining should now look something like this with no saggy bits anywhere
There you have it, an easy job really.
A company would normally charge about 200 for the job, this cost me 27 to do and you can do the whole job in about 4-5 hours
Think i've covered it all but if anyone has any questions etc ?????????
