    Yes, as far as I know, so long as beam was still set right & not dazzling, but with an advisory saying that they were fitted... I think testers manual is online somewhere...I'll see if I can remember where & check that. I used to get rhd vehicles that spent a lot of time in Europe tested with deflectors on, got an advisory every time, but saved me wasting money on new deflectors every time.
