    Hi does anyone know if the Austin maestro 1.6 a series have a caberetor cooling timer in the glovebox.

    Only Turbo's have a carb cooling fan

          Did the short lived S series MG 1600 not have one too, to fix the hot starting problems that the R series ones had? not sure if it had the same timer set up as the turbo, but I know the webers didn't like being too hot.. I know the R series definately didn't have one...

                Mind you I've never seen an A series 1600, S or R but not A
