Dear M&MOC Members
As you are aware, it is the Club's Annual General Meeting next Sunday, 12th November 2006 and this is the time that the new year's committee is decided upon.
This year we have decided to shuffle the existing Committe around a bit and we have a long-standing committe member wishing to take some time off. All this means that there is an opening available to members who think that they might like to help run the club.
As always, all applications for committee positions are decided on at the AGM, this is just advanced warning that this post will be available.
Membership Secretary
* Receives, files and processes membership application/renewal forms and associated documents
* Maintains records of membership
* Dispatches post to mew/renewing members
* Pays all monies received into the club's bank account and informs the Treasurer
* General membership-related admin
