Cat Converters- Montego Countryman Estate- difference between 1993 & 1994 versions?

Thanks Zephyr for the very helpful information. Our BL-trained SE London mechanic thinks that ebay cat converter will work OK, so I'm just ordering it. The reason for looking to replace it is because it is rattling from time to time - sometimes a lot, sometimes not at al. Mechanic says you can't investigate...

still searching for a cat converter for our L-Reg (1994) Montego Countryman Estate. Tantilisingly, there are some on ebay - new manufactured apparently, eg https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/177098245610 However compatible vehicles listed includes 1993 saloons and estates, but for 1994 it just lists saloons....
