[Wanted] plastic surround for brake light switch

Yes, that piece of plastic that holds the switch into the pedal box.

This is urgent as I've got an mot next week and I've just realised I have no break lights again!

As a last attempt I've glued my old plastic holder to the metal lug. It is decent araldite so should be fine.
