Bought wossner pistons and rods when doing my engine, pistons where ok but rods didn't think much of them, sold them on and bought from arrow, heard of people buying them and having to get machined has bearings are too tight. Just my advice on them quality just wasn't there for me

The arrow are a more tried and tested make here in the uk. Wossener are a cheaper brand chinese make. Rightly or (in my opinion) wrongly people are still making the assumption that chinese made items are inferior. Thing is they are just as good quality as anything else these days. All makes of turbo, pistons, rods will be now using chinese parts. They were rough years ago, but now with years of practise they will be spot on with their machining. There are various stories circulating about basic materials being inferior but there are just so many units out there not falling in evo's scoobies, etc running good power I think we can safely say these stories are groundless today.

I'm guessing Charlie fell for Grant of GBE's many lines of anything that he doesn't sell being rubbish. Which is not the case.

The only thing we can say is they are fairly untested in the t16 engine. Apart from the Goon's t16 engine which has made good power, albeit for a short space of time.

Try starting your own thread? This is a thread about something completely different than the spec of your car. As interesting as it may well be.

There are a handful of people with those internals on Rovertech running fairly big power. One on a gt30 with nitrous. Making mid 300bhp for a good amount of time now.
