Hi Oliver,
I've included the 3 pictures that my friend took yesterday.
I can only apologize once again for its sorry state.
The picture taken from the front shows the bonnet and a comparison between 'reasonably clean' and 'filthy', just so you know what state it's in!
I shall clean the rest as best as possible but it won't be immaculate by a long chalk.
Also, as you can see, accessing the nearside is almost impossible because of the fence.
The tyres are flat/ partially flat and doubtless the brakes will have seized.
The hand-brake won't be a problem because that has always been off.
I wasn't able to get inside because 2 of the 3 door-handles have broken off.
However, I can tell you that the rear of the inside is OK but has boards laid down.
The front passenger's foot pan is in a dreadful state, rusty and with large holes.
Also, I believe that it leaks, possibly from the windscreen.
By hook or by crook I WILL get inside and tidy things up a bit but as I said, it's pretty bad all round to be honest.
much of the roof-lining is hanging down.
The dark brown doors and wheel arches, is hand-brushed rustoleum.
It's done just under 300,000 miles and the engine is 'oily'.
I estimate that it would be a 2-year project to rebuild or a 2-month project to strip off any useful parts or a 2-minute project to have it crushed!
See what you think.
Regards
Tony

A million apologies for my tardy reply. I can't always check my emails every day but I won't bore you with the reasons.
As far as what I'm after for the van...the scrap dealer who was going to crush it offered me £70 for the metal but then it was going to cost me £30 for the truck to come and collect it! So I would have pocketed £40.
So £40 would be fine but what I would be more happy about is that it can help someone out - either as spares or a rebuild. If she gets rebuilt, I would ask to receive some pictures of her because she was very reliable and fun to drive.
Apologies again for the delay in getting back to you.
