Great looking usable car. Advertised for a very fair price. I am sure I have seen this before. Did the owner that did the modifications sadly pass away? Strangely my 1.3 costs more to insure than my turbo!

I love this car and was very tempted when it was on sale before. Can I ask for a little more info on the black painted bits under the bonnet on the inner wings and suspension turrets? Was this to cover rust? Thank you.

Firstly, yes the owner did pass away very unexpectedly! No it wasn't to cover rust it was a project that unfortunately wasn't finished. He was in the process of painting the whole engine bay black so that the chrome bits would stand out better. It was just a personal preference on his part.

You are more than welcome to view it in person if required. As you are aware I have dropped the price from the original offer as I need the space now.
