  • MG Maestro Turbo in "Classics" Magazine

I wrote an account of the restoration of my Maestro Turbo, which is in the current edition of "Monstro". "Classics" magazine have included it as a 2 page feature. I'm really pleased with how it looks - take a peek at page 26 and see what you think!

Fab article...you're doing the Maestro crew proud! Nice to see some magazines are starting to take Austin Rover cars more seriously too.

        Congratulations Phil

It's great to see things like this appearing more regularly in 'Classics' in particular, and other magazines too.

Yes it obviously shows that we have an exceptional standard of articles submitted for Monstro, as they make it into the press and win prizes!. Many thanks again for the article and to everyone else out there please carry on submitting them to me.

Excellent contribution by Phil, but I see the magazine haven't got their facts right in their "BL's flying saloon" column. They say production lasted three year, when in fact ALL the cars were manufactured in 1989 (except No 1, the motorshow car), and they say there were 501 models, when in fact there were 504 or 505 cars, depending on whether you count the motorshow car.
