Someone in the Avenger club I know took some photos of that for me back in December - we came to the conclusion it was a Clubman D and almost everything useful looked to have been removed, including engine and I think some doors - which is good - at least they'd been stripping it before it was crushed!

                          • that's a more-than-unusual sighting given the time of year. These days many of them aren't taxed in winter. Maybe it's just changed owner.

Is that in Portishead? That is quite exciting if there is another one local to us.

Bristol used to be a hotbed of Maestro Turbos - there were at least six here at one point - but some have been sold to new owners outside the city.

                              • Just beside Cabot Circus in the centre Matt, it is indeed exciting to have another one in the area.

I still see a very tatty Montego driving around in Southmead, I also know of a mint late EFi in Bradley Stoke.

                                My Maestro, your fleet.

There is a guy registered on here who has a mint F plate Montego Estate in Kingswood.

A Maestro. HL lives in Speedwell.

                                A tatty 2.0i in Shirehampton.

Plus a few more that I'll remember later, so Bristol still has a fair few. But not Turbos.

Come to think of it there was a silver MG1600 advertised on car and classic for a long time I think they wanted £1500 iirc - and that was located in Bristol.
