  • Where to get Repair Panels?

Thanks to having to use him daily for a large number of miles over the past few months, the rear drivers arch on my Maestro has started to dissolve happily, as they do. Car is a Ledbury, metal bumpers.

Does anyone have, or know of a supplier of a repair panel for this area? I've had a look through the forum, but previous links to suppliers seem to be dead and when visiting the sites directly, the part is no longer listed.

If need be, I'll fork out for scratch fabrication of the affected area, but a repair panel would likely be better. Once of the few jobs outside of my skill set.

I work for a ford breakers, we get new panels from a few suppliers, I can see if they list arches for you. I can also arrange delivery through work.
Alternatively have you tried euro's, I got a cavalier arch for 5 quid!

Euros as in Euro Car Parts? I've not had any luck with them, ever, and found their customer service to be appalling.

does the rust go all the way down the arch if not you could always use the plastic bumper panel

That's ideal, and not too pricey either. The arch has gone on the leading edge but still looks pretty good on the trailing edge so that panel would answer the problem very nicely. Thank you, now to have a word with the 'bank' to see if I can obtain it.

These people have taken over Hadrian Car Panels.
