maestro headrest tubes and radiator bottom pipe

Hello Just brought a 36k 1990 rover maestro 1275cc to replace one I owned a while back.Very pleased with it.
1....Can anyone help me please with 2 no. grey drivers headrest plastic tubes or can I repair the ones I have.On each of them one of the legs has broken off.
2....The bottom steel coolant pipe which runs parallel to the radiator is rusty.Can anyone help with a replacement or tell me what they used to get around the problem.

re bottom radiator pipe

i believe others have used vaccume pipes as replacement but i guess some one will post what they used.i think e-bay mite help with a henry vaccumne top pipe.

tan ones on ebay

There are some light brown headrest bits on ebay. They could be spray painted with Halfords grey plastic bumper paint, its a pretty good match!
