If its 51 reg, then it’s probably a Ledbury (R - 51 Reg). I think the Apple cars came slightly earlier, and like Steve said, were not as fully converted, like LHD mirrors and wipers - and also minimal rust protection, I have heard of one belonging to a friend of a friend on an N reg that is quite rusty. I don’t think anyone is 100% sure on what an Apple 2000 Maestro really is.

Ledbury also sold some LHD Maestro's I believe, when I visited earlier this year, there were two white cars in LHD there. They also registered some new Ledbury Maestro's on G plates as opposed to R - 51 plates.

Ledbury did sell some in LHD form. The two G reg ones were some of the first ones they built, and were used by them as pool cars. When they ran out of RHD parts, they built the reamining in LHD and sold them in France to english people who had holiday homes there and wanted a cheap LHD car which they could leave there and use when they were on holiday.
