Maestro friendly garage in the Hayling Island/Portsmouth

The daughter of a member has been in touch with because her mother's much loved 1988 Vanden Plas Maestro recently failed its MOT on emissions. The garage changed the mixture to get the Maestro through but now it's running like a dog. They have taken it back to the same garage (which is supposed to have an old car friendly mechanic) twice in order to try to get it running properly again, but to no avail. Annoyingly for the member, her Maestro was running perfectly before they altered the emissions.

Can anyone recommend a good garage/mechanic in the Hayling Island/Portsmouth area who can look at the Maestro and get it running properly again? Any recommendations will be gratefully received.

As mentioned on FB last night, MJS in Littlehampton would be a good start. I know its a few miles from Portsmouth, but its not that far. They are MG Rover specialists and the owner was a AR mechanic back in the 1990's.
