Happy 35th Birthday to the Maestro! Launched today in 1983. I remember that my local dealer had a demonstrator 1.6HLS in Opaline and a 1.3L in Targa Red in the showroom. Hopes were high that the Maestro would repeat the success of the Metro that at the time was riding high in the sales charts.
