    I know that feeling, Chris.

Does anyone out there own one of these N registered Rover Maestros?! If so, I really need some advice as to how you get it MOT'd every year.

The VOSA/VCA haven't done a thing to help. The DVLA haven't a clue about MOTs. I have yet no solid documented proof as to how these cars pass an MOT, yet I know there are cars out there which are doing just that!

Anyone? Send me a Private Message or email to f170ggt @ hotmail.com (without the spaces)

    TIA.

Is it not just a case that they are done in the same way as Ledbury Maestros, in that they are all kit cars? ...and are therefore tested as such.

I think it would have been much easier for you to try and pass it off as a kit to the DVLA...

No. They were completed and therefore have proper Rover chassis numbers. It is too old to be SVA'd (although if they say they cannot take my rough date of 1996, I don't know how they can say it's too old). It cannot be passed off as a kit. Plus the insurance is already much higher, being LHD.

I think I'm onto something at the moment, though.
