Thats strange, anyone know the story behind this one? A late registration of one of the ledbury kits perhaps?

            No it's not....

It has been said on here before that it may very well be an Apple 2000 Maestro. In other words, it's what the bulgarians didn't want.

              Unbuilt cars

I read somewhere on the net - maybe on Maestroweb - that there are two unmade kits in someone's garage - maybe in Ledbury?

Could be registered as 04-platers. I once saw a D-plate (1987) MGB so these things do happen and there are L-reg MG Metros and Maestros. MG Metros shouldn't have anything later than a G and the Maestros should be on J-plates.

And there is a C-reg MG Maestro 1600 that I have seen in Bristol a couple of times.

Latest I've seen which I think was built by rover is an M reg Maestro diesel. Could of swore I saw an N reg once but that was at 60mph!

The MOD had some R-Reg Montegos which were built by Rover I believe.

How long before we see new ones from China?
