Its a bomb bay on a plane!

Like the ideas tony, not sure how efficient it would be through rads, but I aim to make it sometime, just for the sake of if it works i'll be dead chuffed!

I thought you'd know Richard, we've talked about that before!
It is in fact the 33x5 ft bomb bay of PA474, the last flying Avro Lancaster in England.

Sorry Stephen, i am not that well up on Military Aircraft. Now if we were talking Cargo Holds on Boeing 757-300's, that would be completely different!

Yes, that may be a good idea, i can see this thread decending into a spiral of useless facts regarding Aircraft. I can aready hear yawns from other forum members!

Well just before we leave that subject, B17's are cool, watched the memphis belle just for the planes in it!

Also, bit of useless info, the Sunderland Flying Boat and the sterling bomber, were designed by my great grandfather, Sir Aurther Gouge. Thats my claim to fame!

That's not useless info to me, Rich. I think it is cool that your Great Grandfather was the designer of the Short Sterling and the Sunderland Flying Boat!

No-ones (Great) Grandfather was Roy Chadwick are they?

P.S: My Grandfather used to load bombs and ammunition on the De Havilland Mosquito during WWII - saldy the last one of those flying in Britain crashed at an airfield near his home in Eccles.

Active Desktop basically allows your desktop to act as a kind of webpage, which means you can use HTML links on it if you really want to, you can use a .jpg instead of a .bmp as the background, use channels, and generally do a host of things that no-one in their right mind would want to.

Those 2 racing liveries haven't been seen in a few years. I'll have to get some desktops done of the current lot.
