Welcome to the Maestro and Montego Owners Club. Why not post in the Welcome & Feedback forum and introduce yourself?
Am looking for new number plates for my MG Montego. I used to use a company called dealer plates who made repro-plates but they have stopped trading. Anyone recommend anybody else please?.
Ray
MG Montego efi C928TBL - Moonraker blue
Austin Montego Mayfair C943KOE - Clove brown
MG Maestro 2.Oi H352MOF - Black
Shipped from Ireland as the powers that be have shut anyone down making acrylic plates with anything other than the post-2001 font. Cars from 73 onwards will never be classics in the eyes of the law
1989 MG Maestro Turbo #413
1986 MG Maestro EFi - Dead but still here
1985 Austin Maestro 1.3 L - Dead and in heaven
I got mine from A-Z Plates.com
They are in Ireland, so do not require any documentation. They can supply both UK and Irish styles plates, and also show plates. Here is the link: http://www.a-zplates.com/
We only supply the Perspex plates but can use any fonts, any message or old dealer names on the bottom and any logos etc as a side badge including your own photos or logos. To the club members they're £20 per pair posted to the uk.
PS we also manufacture outside the UK so no documents required.
