I'm planning on saving a Rover 75 from a local breakers. He doesn't have the MOT details as the owner said just take the car with keys & logbook. How does one find out MOT details?
We know it is MOT'd as it was an old guy driving it & it failed to start after a shopping trip & that was the final straw, oddly the breaker man got it started & drove it to the yard. I saw it there when I went to get a couple of bits for my Son's Rover 25 & asked what was wrong with it & was told nothing other than the starting issue. He was going to stack it up & I said don't.
I will likely bring it home, clean it up & sell it on. Nice car with full leather, bullet mirrors, embossed headrests etc.
