DVLA Are Useless AGAIN!!

So I wish to SORN the MG Montego for the winter months as tax ran out yesterday. I have the V11 in front of me & went online putting in the 16 digit reference number, clicks continue & says vehicle details not found or possibly entered numbers wrong so I do it a further 2 or 3 times & the same.

I then go on the phone to the automated section. Again 3 times & same reply.

Try using the number from the V5C instead of using the number on the reminder form.

ive never had any trouble declareing sorn.i did it last night at 8pm to get 3 months tax refunded on my mgzs
