The AGM will take place this year on Sunday 27th November. The venue will be The British Motor Museum, Banbury Road, Gaydon, Warwickshire CV35 0BJ. The meeting will begin at 10.30am and will close at 11.15am.
You’ll have ample time to explore the museum and new Collections Centre before or after the meeting. By attending the AGM, you’ll gain free access to the museum!
If you wish to raise a matter to be discussed under Any Other Business, then you must notify the Secretary no later than Sunday 20th November by email (info@maestro.org.uk) or by post (M&MOC, 43 South Avenue, Fartown, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire HD2 1BY) Items for AOB will not be accepted during the meeting. This year we are looking to fill the role of Secretary and Events Coordinator. Don’t be put off if these jobs sound onerous – they’re not! We are also pretty realistic in that we know any help is better than no help and any time you can put towards the running of your Club would be greatly appreciated.
Immediately after the AGM, we will be running our first Open Forum session where members can raise any discussion points they like – including possible future collaboration with other similar classic car clubs.
