    Where has the old idear from the previous forum of guys posting sightings of Montegos & Maestros in scarp yards.Its surley more important as scrap yards have declined in recent years together with our cars.

    the scrap yard I use do not have any maestro or montegos and that's been for ages now

      Yep. Same for the two scrapyards I use.

      The last Maestro was a van and I guess that was 18 months ago and I can' remember when I last saw a Montego.

      However, they have had plenty of Metro's/ Rover 100's in that time.

        There was a huge one near Kettering covering several fields but it closed due to a body being found in a van .The owners absconded to overseas but the police cort up with them.The Body parts wernt approriate .
