Image Error?

Tried to post a picture.. on the classified and got this message..

Unable to create image [/hsphere/local/home/mmocadmi/maestro.org.uk/pp_class/data/2/357Image156.jpg].
Please contact system administrator.

Im not sure if its the file - but i use it enough so i dont think so ?

i typred 2 much accurately to re do it
