Evening all, as you know we would like to offer various attractions on the day, and one of these is to have a Scalextric 'Maestro Challenge.'
We would be using an events company who specialise in providing a Scalextric circuit and run a racing event for us.
This requires a cost of around £800. We hoped to fund this and some other things for the day from sponsors, but corporate sponsors have not come through for us. One club member has kindly offered to part fund, up front the cost.
We are about £300 short though, so are there any generous owners who could and would make up the shortfall?
The Club is already spending a decent amount of money on the event, and we can't, from our own funds, cover much more in expenses.
