  • Hello from North Wales

Hello all, thought I'd join up and say hello.
We have a small outpost of CLASS up here; I own a little garage, and my works van is, of course, a Maestro, and is still earning it's keep every day.
It was registered by Cowley, and was a Unipart delivery van for the first two years of it's life, then went to another local garage, who used it until 2005, when it was put out to pasture. I rescued it, got it back on the road, and have used it since. Nice.

I also have in the garage this little love, which belongs to a good friend...

    Hello and welcome!

It's great to see a Maestro van still working hard. Yours must be a rare survivor these days from the fleets of identical looking vans you used to see parked outside the local garage! Well done for rescuing it.

That looks like a pretty mint Maestro, too. Truly a Special motor car.

Excellent. Mold is my original home town!

My parents still live locally and I'm often around there at weekends at the moment.

Excellent images and thank you for posting. Have to say I like the van and good to see an example of that once common workhorse thriving. All the best and welcome to the forum.
