hi could someone supply me the length of the maestro/montego con rod dimensions i.e length/width/small end/big end etc,i looking for one for my M series engine rover 820e some one said they are the same!!!!!

Probably too late for you, but for the Maestro/Montego Diesel engine con rods:
Length between Centres; 144.975 - 145.025mm
Small end bush diameter; 28.004 - 28.010mm
Gudgeon pin clearance; 0.005 - 0.013mm
No measurement for Big end of Crankshaft, but the crankshaft Crankpin journal diameter is 53.99- 54.01mm
and Crankpin journal running clearance is 0.023 - 0.076 mm
