Power steering -how big a job to fit to MG Maestro 1600?

    That was the thing that stopped me from buying an A-reg MG Montego back in 1987.
    I test drove it on a wet day and it felt rather iffy going round a roundabout. After that, I decided on a non-PAS version and the first car to come along with my preferred colour and options was actually a Maestro EFi instead

The wiring needs a simple rely with 30A fuse with switching from ignition source. I know this as its a well known conversion which I'm doing myself.
      Thanks Mike -this sounds like the way to go. Do you have any other tips on this conversion, before we give it a go?
