ive just purchased a 1987 maestro automatic its only done 19.000 miles its got the 1.6 engine.its been standing a while.but dose any body know if i can just use unleaded petrol or do i have to use a leaded addative

If it is the original engine then you will need to use an additive, if it has been converted by a dealer it will have a 95 ron sticker under the bonnet on the landing panel and one inside the fuel filler flap, also an unleaded ECU and a dab of green paint on the head. -
