  • removing rear bumper. stumped!!!

    trying to remove rear bumper.

    found the 2 fixing bolts either side behind the wheels.

    where are/how do u get to the bolts that hold the rest of it?

    i've looked everywhere, but cant see how the very back is fixed

    There are two nuts that are located near the number plate illumination lamps on the inside of the boot. (i.e. you'll have to open the boot and look on the back face of the panel for 2 nuts) They are the only nuts on this panel and so it should be faily obvious. You have to poke your head a long way into the boot before they become visable as there is an overhang on the tailgate closing panel which obsures your view.

        Better still, remove the bumper complete with the 2 tube sections that slid into channels in boot floor. If you look in the underboot space there are 2 ridges, these have 2 or 4 bolts each (from memory), its easier to undo these
