MGF, MGTF, Rover Metro and Maestro / Montegos have imperail style hubs. Other more Hondarised Rovers have metric type hubs which changes the stud pattern very slightly. Rover 75 is different again with 5 studs as they use BMW type hubs

You can get converters, there was a post on hear about it

          114.3mm actually.

And Stros and Monties are 95.25, so even if they were 100mm (like ZRs and ZSs) they'd not fit.

I used to have a 1300GT, but they have a 4.5x4 pcd. Another uncommon pcd, for which I had to wait about 6 months for a set of Revolutions! You can still fit ZR wheels to you Meastro, but will need PCD Hub adaptors. Mike Satur MG, sells them, but it is absolutely imperative that the centre bore of the wheel sits snug over the adaptor spigot. The Adaptors are made for the ZR/ZS wheels in mind, so they will be ok. I have bought a set myself, so that I can fit a set of 4x100 pcd wheels to my Montego. Only problem is that the old studs project beyond the adaptor, however, ZR wheels have corresponding pockets in the back of the hub, so as long as deep enough ( about 12mm) then will be ok again. The adaptors are about £100 for a set of four. Another company also make them especially for the MGF/Lotus Elise S1, H&R in Germany. These look good and are TUV approved. They have a fixed pcd of 4x100 but centre spigot is matched to Vauxhall/Opel wheels. Hope this helps! PS there is also a guy in America selling adaptors for GT6's which also share the Monty/Maestro PCD , but the centre spigot seems to have been omited. On ebay at mo.
The adaptors take account of the differing offsets too. The ZR wheels are something like ET40. As the adaptors are 20mm thick, they in effect turn the ZR wheel into an ET20, suitable for a Montego/Maestro. ET20 on a Maestro fills the arch just right!
