MG Maestro Tuning

Hi all, does anyone know of any way to tune the MG Maestro 2.0 EFI engine, eg high lift cams. Is the 2.0 EFI a O series engine? (Being a bit thick here sorry)
It goes quite well as it is really but a little bit more power may persaude me to keep it instead of having a Reliant Scimitar.

Yes the EFI is a 2 litre O series engine.

Motobuild did some tuning stuff for the EFI. Not sure what though, but they are still raced so there is stuff about.

Hi Terry

Although the maestro / montego 2.0l engine is commonly referred to as an O series engine, it's correct title is an O2 series. It should not matter when searching for maestro / montego parts but if you searched just for O series parts you could end up buying something for its predecessor as fitted to the Ital, Ambassador, Rover SD1, TR7, early sherpa van etc.
